It is with sadness and a deep sense of loss that we note the passing of our long-time friend and colleague John Gieselman. Until he retired last year, John had been a member of the AIRS family for longer than most of us can remember. As our trusted computer manager, he kept the vital machinery running, protected us from the hackers and offered help and advice whenever we asked. Always ready to step in, day or night, he was a pillar of our little society, and we miss him greatly.
