Running Monday through Wednesday, the upcoming NASA Sounding Science Team meeting will cover the latest results from the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder aboard NASA's Aqua spacecraft. The agenda addresses topics in weather, climate, composition, clouds and aerosols, validation, calibration, data assimilation and data tools. Findings from the NPOESS CrIS, ATMS and MetOp IASI atmospheric sounders will also be covered and presentations in all atmospheric sounding topics are welcome. The science team meetings provide a platform to share research, ask questions and connect with other researchers. Please join us!

Meeting Venue and Parking

The Science Team Meeting will be held on the campus of the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in the Beckman Institute Auditorium located at 400 S. Wilson Avenue, Pasadena CA.

Parking information for Beckman Auditorium:

- Limited street parking on Wilson is available on a first come, first served basis.

- Visitors are required to display a permit if their vehicle is parked on campus between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

- Visitor should park in Structure #1 - North Wilson Ave Parking Garage located across the street from the auditorium on Wilson Avenue. The "North Wilson" Parking structure is nearest to the corner at Del Mar. Visitor Parking is on the 3rd floor. The parking kiosk is on the 2nd floor and accepts both cash and credit cards. There are $5.00 a day maximum or $15.00 weekly permit options available.
