The AIRS Project will host the Spring 2011 AIRS Science Team Meeting to discuss the status of AIRS/AMSU Version 6 data products currently under development. Presentations are also welcome on algorithm development for new products, product validation, science discoveries and tools for more efficient use of the AIRS data. The meeting will also serve as an opportunity to meet the new members of the recently selected ROSES solicitation on the Science of Terra and Aqua who proposed to use AIRS data in their investigations.


The AIRS Spring Science Team Meeting will be held in Pasadena, California at the Beckman Auditorium located on the campus of Caltech, the California Institute of Technology. Registration, presenter and travel information are provided below.


Please note the Annual NASA Sounder Science Team Meeting will be held later in the year, in October or November in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Parking

Visitors should park in Structure #1--North Wilson Avenue Parking Garage located across the street from the auditorium on Wilson Avenue. The North Wilson parking structure is nearest to the corner at Del Mar. Visitor parking is on the third floor.


The parking kiosk is located on the 2nd floor and accepts both cash and credit cards. There are $5.00 a day maximum or $15.00 weekly permit options available.

Please Note

Limited street parking on Wilson is available on a first come, first served basis.


Visitors are required to display a permit if their vehicle is parked on campus between the hours of 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
